From July to September.
The towns of Gudar and Javalambre celebrate their festivals with the totemic night festivity of the toro embolado, a bull with a special yoke with inflammable balls on its horns that is set free in the town's streets.
In Rubielos de Mora it takes place every week-end in July and August. The last one is remarkable because of its Medieval party and the streets lit with torches.
On the 16th July and on the 14th September there is another festival: the toro ensogado: a bull with a rope around its neck runs freely along the streets, but the rope ensures there is not too much risk for the people running in front of it.
Other interesting towns are:
Alcala de la Selva (festivals on the 8th September),
Mora de Rubielos (29th September),
Nogueruelas (15th August),
Sarrián (15th August),
Manzanera (12th October)
and Linares de Mora (25th July).
